The two gentlemen that came to help my girlfriend and I clear out her storage locker were great. They showed up promptly and listen to direction well. They also had a good sense of humor which made the job better. We had the locker emptied and loaded on the truck in less than 2 hours. I would gladly use them again if need to without any hesitation.

Your packers arrived on time and were polite to have in my home but their lack of experience and uncertainty of how to pack my item left a lot to be desired. If not for the assistance of my friend showing them how to disassemble, pad and secure my item in the shipping container it would have taken them far more time than necessary. I am very fortunate that he was here. It was a shame the amount that was charged for what your packers provided in assisting me. As for calling Hire A Helper when the job was completed, to inform them of the time and services I received, I was very disappointed in the total disregard for my concerns. I do wish I had gotten the name of the individual I had spoken to. So will I use or recommend Hire A Helper for any of my moving needs again? I don't think so.

These guys were great! I highly recommend them. They were on time and super hard workers. They had to move a large sofa up 3 flights of stairs and then we realized that it would not go thru the door. They very kindly and patiently moved the sofa back down the 3 flights of stairs and loaded it back into the uhaul and delivered the sofa to another address and moved it in. I could not have done any of this without their help and could not have asked for more. Very very nice people.
