We are customer service driven and that should be easy in this industry. What do we enjoy about the work you do? Everyone hates to move when it's time to move, and you never know how much junk you have until it's time to move, well with a company who is willing to protect, move, and take care of your junk with the same type of quality care we have when wrapping and transporting your most expensive piece of furniture it takes a different type of mover. It takes some people who have The Love 4 Moving... • Moving Customer into their New Home • We Enjoy removing the stress out of your move. • We Enjoy getting to know a little bit about the customer and learning from them as well. What should you the customer know about our pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is fair and reasonable we're not here to break the bank we're here to save it.... If you pay for anything (i.e. furniture etc.) after the move it's because you wanted to and not because you had to. That is Money well spent. What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Every customer is a new customer even if they're not our first impression is our only impression and if we can't make 5 stars out of that... Well, then you just didn't hire us! ?? How did we get started doing this type of work? I started doing moving by helping a family friend move and boy was she particular, and back then I wasn't as patient as I was now. 5+ years later,? I appreciate her more and more. What types of customers have you worked with? All types of customers from the laid-back to the most particular of customers. Describing a recent project(move) you are fond of. Well, we are fond of every project because to us it's our way of proving to customers moving doesn't have to be so hard and strenuous. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Make a couple call find out our price and the competition... Book us... Make a couple more calls if you already booked some else... Call us back... Sit back relax and tell us where to place everything Tips us... ?????? Rob and his partner did an amazing job! They showed up on time ready as can be! They ran into some issues being that my doorways were too tight so they had to constantly change ways to make it for or go through different ways of the house to get the furniture in! They both were Constantly moving with no breaks! Mind you today was extremely hot and the poor guys wore their masks! Not one complaint from these two! My furniture was not only a pain to move but heavy! Highly recommend them. I have a totally different outlook when it comes to movers, they really have a tough job!

Both parties were pleasant and friendly. I loved that they contacted me when they were on site and did not see me. Also they started working immediately without much fuss. When they finished early they help me move some other things in the storage unit. I would definitely use them again. ??

Kevin was very helpful with my move. I was a bit overwhelmed but he guided me through the rough patches until task was completed. He was so good I hired him for an additional hr. Job well done.

This service was perfect for what I need I had three men that I picked to help and then I hired a helper for the first time. I would highly recommend this service. This guy that came to help was not only on time but he came to Work he was so polite and organized the truck let nobody else. I Don't Ever Want to Move Again but if I Did I would use this Service.

Percy Chang and his crew were the best!!!! They were all extremely courageous, helpful and listened to any concerns I had on moving a particular item. Percy packed my truck like it was a Tetris Game!!! Not an inch wasted and every thing was packed with care and security. I have not met more kind, hardworking gentlemen in a long time!! My only regret is they won’t be where I’m moving to in order to help me unload. I HIGHLY recommend 4 the Love of Moving - no one could have done a better job!! Thanks guys !!

Percy Chang and his helper could not have been nicer They were responsive to any questions I had. they quietly went about their task and did not waste time. I could not believe how they filled up every nook and cranny in my Pod I recommend them with no reservation

4 The Love of Moving was excellent. We hired them for an extra pair of hands to help us pack our moving truck. Percy came to help us and was beyond excellent. He is a hard worker and knows how to pack a truck! I highly recommend them.

The guys from, 4 the love of moving, traveled 11/2 hours to get to my job and were on time and ready to work. Thoughtful and capable of efficiently packing my POD, I soon learned that my micro managing was unnecessary. I had no idea what I was getting into and was pleasantly surprised.
