Great experience with 87 Movers. Movers were on time, called me the day before to let me know the exact details and time. They came prepared and were very efficient. Very respectful of everything. We were not the best packers and they did everything they could to help.

Wow, I really can’t even begin to describe my experience. When I say these guys are fast, they’re FAST. I moved into a 3rd floor apartment and they basically glided everything up. Extremely satisfied. 1000000% would recommend, not to mention they’re the cheapest movers I could find! (Believe me, I spent hours getting quotes)

The movers sent were JR and Daniel. At first they look too young but they were actually good movers. Even with the heat outside, they kept going. I asked them to make sure they take off their shoes before going upstairs and they did. Even folded up our blankets used for the furnitures. There was just a few delays with the start time, but its not all their fault because the doorbell is broken.

I was very impressed with the help of 87 Movers LLC. I received constant communication from Cathy right before move in scheduled. I had a problem opening the container earlier and notified Cathy. I was able to open it without their assistance and notified the movers. The movers arrived a few minutes earlier and moved everything inside the containers in extreme heat conditions, plus they had to walk a long distance to my apartment since I could not park my container inside the parking lot. I truly appreciate their help with this long distance move, plus dealing with COVID-19.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive another phone call within 24 hours of your moving day (or same day if we have last minute availability) to confirm your pickup and drop off addresses. If your move only requires a load or unload, we will confirm 1 location only, the start time, logistics such as gate codes, security gates and protocols, and parking will be discussed. You will also get some helpful tips on this same phone call on what you can do as our customer to make this smooth move more efficient!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Give our crew leader and mover(s) a walk through of your job at the date and time you told us to show up. You will get a focused group of experienced movers who are here at your disposal. Let us know where to stage certain marked boxes, special furniture we need to be aware of, and relax.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers are encouraged to clear a path from the front door. If there is a garage, make sure there is a path to the kitchen or any common areas. We usually like to start in the Master Bedroom which is why we want to have a path there. If possible, stack your boxes evenly so we can just transfer them by dolly at a faster speed.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy helping people. We want the quality of our work and customer service to be so good, that you will tell your friends and family when they are looking for that help too.
What training do you provide your crew members?
New crew members who take a junior position go through a week long probation after 2 days training in a warehouse environment, where we have a dock, a truck, furniture, pads, rubber bands, and dollies. If they don't know what to do, they will by the time we send them to your house. Crew members with experience are asked to do things such as wrap a chair with a blanket to prove what they wrote on the application.
