They were unequipt to do the job and one hour late. I specifically informed them before they excepted the job that I had a piano and what type of piano they would have to move and how many stairs they would have to go up. They ended up dragging my piano across the concreate drive way and walk-way my neighbor had to help them get it inside(Thank God he was home and willing to help)
