Only negative points were . . . that my landlord got mad at me because one of my movers stopped helping at the end and the other drug my mattress from my third floor apartment over the ground and to the truck. Not my favorite part of the experience. Also a few of my things were badly scratched. So if you want cheap, do it, if you want perfect . . . pay a bit more.
