Robert and AJ were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and attentive to our needs and protecting our things. When they had extra time left, they asked what else they could do and helped put back together some of our furniture. They worked tirelessly, declined the offer to stop for lunch, and did it all with a smile and a sense of humor. They had us cracking up all day, which really helped keep the mood positive and light. We felt at the end that we had moved with friends all day. My only criticism is that we were given a time frame that movers would show up instead of a precise time. I would have liked to have a more specific time instead of an hour block. Other than that, we'd not only use Labor 4 Less again, we would probably ask for Robert and AJ by name.

Used 2 men for 2 hours to load a U-Pack trailer. AJ and Jamal arrived about 10 or 15 minutes late, but charged based on their actual starting time. They were energetic and friendly. AJ came in and quickly assessed my belongings and made a plan on loading the truck. Before he even came to greet me he spoke with the U-Pack driver and confirmed the amount of space that I had reserved in the trailer. Then, he and Jamal packed everything in that amount of space so I was not charged for using more space than necessary. They staged everything outside first and seemed to put a lot of thought into how to arrange the items to keep them from shifting during transit. They helped with taking apart the bed and wrapping the headboard and footboard in a moving blanket and stretch wrap. The loading took just over two hours, but they did not charge me for the extra time, which I appreciated. AJ and Jamal worked ceaselessly and took good care of my items. Two men for two hours costs $250 and is the least amount of time and help the company will allow you to reserve. Additionally, Toney, who manages the reservations, was quick to respond to my calls and worked with me to accommodate the delivery and live loading of the U-Pack trailer even though I had initially reserved help for later in the morning, but ended up needing them first thing in the morning. He also quickly responded to my text asking about the accidental packing of something that was not supposed to go in the trailer. My only complaint is that AJ and Jamal removed the cushions from the couch after I had covered it in moving blankets and stretch wrap. As a consequence, the cushions were not protected and had debris from the truck stuck to them and the otherwise flat material now has a fuzzy spot on it on one of the cushions (like on a sweater before it pills).

A.J. and Jamahl were prompt, efficient and did a great job. Lots of heavy lifting up two flights of steps, and always said "no problem". I would definitely hire them again!

These guys were great! They handled my furniture with care and accomplished everything I needed them to in the house. I will definitely call them again when a remodel calls for moving and rearranging heavy furniture.
