This is the second time we have hired them. This time it was to pack a 16' truck. They arrived right on time and worked for 2 hours without a break. The truck was packed so efficiently that very little, if any, space was wasted. I was quite impressed when I unloaded it 2000 miles later. There was no breakage of any kind.

Did not secure $2K couch with rope or ratchet straps that where provided!! Couch was stood on end which allowed it to move and consequently ripped two holes in it!!!
Michael was more interested in getting his smoke break than making sure my couch was secure. He was able to get most everything we had to move in a undersized truck ( my mistake!!!)

The guy who runs this company, Michael is a professional. He knows exactly what he's doing and works extremely fast. He was also of course right on time. He showed up himself as one of the movers and I have to say I was impressed. I will be using Helping Hands of Nashville again for any future moves in the area as well as recommending them to all my friends!

I will use these guys again and again. Michael is a professional, doing this for 10 years and it shows. They were punctual. asked great questions during the initial phone contact. They came equipped, cordial, but didn't waste time chatting. They followed my initial directions and I left them alone. Also they were cautious to prevent any damage. NOTHING was broken or scratched. I chose these guys because of the high ratings. I understand why now.
