The guys were very nice and professional. Nothing against them. The problem was with the company Pack-Rat....didn't provide me correct information about the container so I paid for 2 guys for 3 hours from Hire A Helper that really didn't provide a service. They stood around with me while I tried to figure out how to get my furniture, etc out of my house.

Guys were nice and polite but didn't seem to know how to pack and load a PODS unit. I had to unload several things they loaded to make room for boxes because they did not make adequate use of the space they were given. They left tons of empty space between furniture where boxes or other items could have been placed. PODS rep even said it wasn't a good loading job.

The 2 yg men David & Mike, that Big League sent were very considerate and professional. It was an emotionally hard move for my parents & me but they made it easier.

We had two packers David & Mike on oct 4 and the two of them plus one other guy (forget his name) oct 5 to help load. We were moving my parents from my childhood home and theirs of 40 yrs. It was very emotional for all of us but those 3 young men made it so much easier. They were very professional and organized but caring and compassionate. I didn't think it would all fit but they reassured me it would over & over again and it did!! Great job Mike!! I would highly recommend them and Big league movers! Thank you and God Bless!!

I hired two movers for two hours. The movers came and completed the job on time with time to spare. They were pleasant to work with and very helpful. I will definitely use them for my next move.

The 2 people from Big League Movers turned up on time and were ready to go.
They were respectful, eager and energetic and joked and laughed all through the job, which doing an excellent job, and never stopped working the entire time.
They always checked in before loading/packing anything they were not sure about, and then did exacty as they said they would.
I would have no hesitation in recommending or using these guys again - they were a pleasure to do business with

The movers did a really thorough job packing all our stuff into a smaller size truck. They did, however, stuff a box labeled "Electronics, FRAGILE" into a space too small for the box. Luckily nothing was damaged except the box as it was covered with sufficient packing material, but these fragile items could have been damaged by being stuffed into too small of a space on the truck.
