When the rain started rolling in they really stepped up and hustled to get the truck unloaded. After seeing that the couch we have wouldn't fit in the elevator I knew that if my wife and I would have had to drag that thing up 5 flights of stairs we may not be married now.

Hiring the wRight Moves workers was the smartest decision we made for our move. We thought we would use them for our heaviest furniture, since we had to move out of a 3rd floor apartment. They moved all that, and nearly everything else in our 2-hour time frame, and they efficiently and carefully packed the truck at the same time. We especially appreciated their great cheerful attitude, and their special concern with items that were important to us. I highly recommend them!

Once they showed up, they did a pretty good job. The problem was that when I called to let them know what time to be at my house (9am), they said that was too early & that it would be 10-10:30. So, I said fine. Then, they called me the day of the job & said one of their workers didn't show up so they had to call someone in. Therefore, they wouldn't be leaving their location till 10am. They showed up at my house at 11:25 which was way late & put us behind schedule. Jamal, the owner, was very friendly & seemed to know what he was doing. His helper was polite & worked hard. I would recommend them, but don't be surprised if they are late.

Wright Moves arrived right on time and ready to work. I was amazed at how hard they worked and accomplished so much in just the two hours. They did not stop and take breaks and despite the heat and three floors worked non-stop. Both workers were respectful and careful with our items and I highly recommend them. I would certainly use them again.

On their website, it says they have dollys and shrinkwrap available by request. So I requested it. And then they showed up with neither, which meant every single box had to be carried down by hand, which meant it took even longer to load things, which is great if you're getting paid by the hour. I will say they didn't charge me for the little bit of time they went over. The guy running the show was a good worker and very helpful, but his helper was slow, lazy and within 10 minutes of being there, was complaining about the stairs. They did get the job done, but I wouldn't hire them a second time.
