Harold and Nicodemus from Universal Movers we’re great to work with! They unloaded a 16 foot POD in less than 2 hours and organized all of our furniture inside of our house. They were super careful and left no marks or trash behind. Very easy to communicate and coordinate with.

Don't do it 3 hrs late 1 day 5 1/2 the next.
Overcharged us the next day--shady they don't carry ID which is required to enter Apt building. Threatened to sue us and take us to court because we wouldn't pay them 300.00 the 2nd day. They hadn't worked the 3 hrs we agreed to pay them yet. Physically threatened us and called us names-- don't waste your time!!!

Very un-true this is not what happened at all we worked very very hard for three hours wasn't told we had to have I'd and driver license for us to enter a very secure and safe locked down private facility.the staff and guards both told us they made you and your husband aware that you had to advise us the day before that we had to have certain IDs and credentials to enter your building .we loaded up for three hours and was not aloud to unload becuz of these circumstances.you ask us to come back the following day we worked the following day for three hours we finished the unload and you refused to pay us for our services rendered.no one threatenedyou personally.you stated you was calling the police ,so I said yes mam I'll do you a favor and call for you we have to make a police report to take you to court for small claims.you cussed and threatened us out and was really disrespectful and vulgar to myself and my family members.so your husband paid us $200 Dollars cash which was supposed to be a tip and payment was never released.so shame on you for putting us down and making false accusations that are very un-true .all we can do is pray for you and your family.and hope for better days.god bless thanks

Once they arrived they were great and hardworking. They were extremely late and very apologetic but it was frustrating to say the least.

They didn’t bring tools as it stated but I had some on hand. They worked hard for the time purchased and I would use them again. Better communication would have been great moving forward .

Didn’t have a lot of base to load everything up to the ceiling but turned out amazing

Using 8ft of a semi trailer guy moving to Mexico super fun job and cool guy jobs are always so much

We have some of the best loaders in the area flipping the couch up saves a lot of room in the truck

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
