Apparently the owners son Brian didn't feel like working the morning we requested, so he and his helper were 45 minutes late and within five minutes walked off the job. He stated we needed an extra POD and didn't have enough coverings for our furniture, all this without accessing our household …read moreitems, etc. Brian had a bad attitude when he arrived, not even introducing himself or Tim his helper who at least was friendly. Turns out it was a blessing that Brian didn't want to work that moring as the PODS people referred a wonderful company who were able to accommodate our request at the last minute, sending 3 guys who wrapped our furniture in plastic, very careful with mirrors, our TV's and so professional and friendly. Nick Brieger made this happen from The Pack Pros (888) 327.0108. With an added helper, wrapping furniture, made it work in two PODS and charged us less than the A All American Moving quote. We were so impressed that we are using them again to unpack us in California. Brian at A All American Moving needs to take lessons from The Pack Pros and perhaps learn how to become a professional instead of working for daddy. He will state that we had an attitude and swore at him, which didn't happen at all. We showed concerns when he asked us to sign waivers to not cover our furniture. The Pack Pros used our covers and still had some to spare. Thank you Nick and The Pack Pros for working with us and being so professional. Show Response

He assured me that they would have tools and everything would be fine. So I was a bit upset that they did not have the right tools and ended up taking about 45 minutes to get the TV's dismounted. Fortunately Mike was VERY creative and actually made a tool to remove the screws for the wall mounts - otherwise I would have had to leave them there on the wall.
