What can a customer expect after booking with you?
One of our customer service reps will give you a call to go over details for parking and any special requests or questions you might have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your uniformed crew will introduce themselves then do a walkthrough to see what goes. The movers lay floor protection down and attach door jam protectors. All furniture will be wrapped in furniture blankets. The movers will disassemble and/or reassemble any furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should make sure they are organized, if they are packing, that all boxes are closed. If they are moving in winter, make sure to clear an area for the truck and for the movers to walk to and from the home to the truck.
What types of moves have you handled?
We at Brothers Moving & Storage have handled, local, long distance, small office moves, loading and unloading of Pods, and Rental Trucks, interior moving as well as offer storage at our climate controlled storage facility.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being a mover is so much more than transporting items from one place to another; it's the chance to learn new skills and even travel. Being a mover you get to meet so many new people, each customer is different, unique and is interesting to talk to. With being a mover each and every move you do is different, no two are the same which makes each job and day exciting.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We fully screen all of our movers with background checks and drug tests for the best movers. All of our movers are trained in house with the utmost detail to make sure they are ready.
