Your guys called twice before they arrived and actually made it to my place early; they walked in, shook my hand, introduced themselves and went to work making short order of my rather minor job. As a Human Resources Director, it's been my experience that Millennials are often prone to being unreliable, not engaged in their work nor schooled in social etiquette; therefore, I'd suggest that you have new hires ride with these guys for a week and show them how it's done.

The two guys who came out to help me move in were great. I had a LOT of boxes and they brought them up the stairs to my second floor apartment like it was nothing. Very professional and fun to work with.
