The workers were on time. They were working hard. Had no problems with Best Movers. This is my second time using them.

The 2 gentlemen showed up on time, they were professional and very knowledgable about moving and loading a POD. They put my mind at rest about how much the POD would hold and they loaded a 8X8X16 POD fully, carefully wrapping my furniture, in less than 2 hours. I am requesting the same 2 gentlemen for my unload after I close on my home. They did an excellent job.

I will note HORRIBLE as they carelessly packed a large box of very heavy expensive mirrors and paintings up against the pull up door without securing it with a rope from falling when opened. The box fell and everything shattered. I contacted them and sent a picture and they have not had the courtesy to call me back/respond.

John and Horace, were great, the best! Very honest, and hard working, they got the Pod emptied in 2 hours. I have a very tight stairway, and they got a huge Armoire, into the second floor bedroom. There was a lot sweating, but they did it without a complaint. They even did the job with a smile and jokes. I enjoyed meeting them and recommend them wholeheartedly. They made the difficult process a pleasure!
