If you're looking for movers to arrive late, damage your home, make you help them move furniture up the stairs, and complain, then this is the company for you. The movers shattered a hanging light in the stairwell and caused extensive damage to walls. Never in my life have I paid for professional movers, only to have to pitch in. I am not sure that the guys that were sent out had ever moved someone before. I had this company scheduled in advance for a second job next week, which I had to cancel. I can honestly say it was hands-down the worst experience I have had moving. For reference, the job was unloading a PODS container.

They were on time, extremely polite and hard working. I needed help wrapping breakables and packing boxes. Melvin and Anthony worked very hard for three hours straight and were careful with all my belongings. Javis, Melvin and Anthony were excellent during a stressful time.

I wanted to give he guys a good rating for these reasons. They did a great job and were respectful of our property , however they were 1.5 hours late starting and did not call ahead to let me know. I had to reach out to them to find that out. I u detest and vehicle issues come up , but great bussiness have great communication with their customers. Overall, thank you for working hard with our move.
