We have been in business for over 10 years and we've also completed well over 10,000 jobs within a 10 year time frame. Our goal is to provide a very high quality all around service. Tai & Nic were superb: polite, prompt, efficient, friendly, diplomatic, strong and effective- successful in helping us reach our goals. They were done quickly. The entire process from the initial phone call to get a quote was simple and smooth and I will definitely use hire a helper again and will request Nick and Tai whenever I can.

We were moving a 3/2 house, garage and shed belongings. We packed they loaded. 3 men were hired for 6.5 hours. Impressed! They all practiced safety measures while working and were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Their knowledge of loading and stacking a trailer was spot on to ensure minimal scratching, falling around while trailer traveled 7 hours to the panhandle. I would recommend this team Lumpkin everyday of the week!

I will not use this company or recommend to anybody. They subcontract to third party. The charge me 6 hours and they pay the sub contractor 5 hours. The 2 man they send only work 5 hours. I buy them lunch and they take 45 minutes to eat lunch and I tip them each $100 each. They then report they were working for 6 hours. Physically they only work 5 hours. What a shame that you have to deal with dishonest and lying people. Never use this company. They are cheaters I will report them to BBB for dishonesty

I would recommend Lumpkin Enterprises for ANY move that you need. Corey, Shannon, and Ty were awesome. They were fast, reliable, and professional. We have had miserable experiences with other movers, but these guys were flawless. Glad Hire a Helper was able to book our move with Lumpkin Enterprises.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should have (if not ordered) Moving blankets, shrink wrap, etc. Also Customers should have all breakable items removed from dressers, night stands etc.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve handled Local, Long distance, commercial moves, office moves, debree removal, load swaps etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is being faced with a strenuous task and completing that task in the presence of a customer.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training process is basically hands on experience. We have a written format on how we typically load truck. We have our movers study this format until it becomes second nature.
