Very nice folks. Due to a screw up on my part they had to go way farther than they should have but they totally still did it and did a good job. Not only that but they were really nice about it. Good guys. Highly recommended.

Hire Helper need to check the background of the people who come to provide you with the service. My mother was held hostage, till I released a payment from my credit card. She was confused and scared...after they left, we had to call the ambulance and police to check her out... (One of the guys pushed her with the door inside the apartments and would not let her out...) She knew I paid by credit card, but guys demanded extra money from her... The guy too her phone and would not give it back to her till I release the payment . She was screaming on the background for help...We had to file Police report. The Go Hard Transport service was frightening experience. Not only they were one hour late...they held 70 year-old hostage till they got confirmation for the payment. In addition, one of the guys kept telling her that they need extra money! I will make sure everyone is aware what kind of service they might get by using GO HARD TRANSPORTS company. Were they on time?- One hour late

Were they respectful of your property and goods? NO
Would you use them again? NO Way!

The guys worked hard, so I give the workers 5 stars. We booked the movers to show between 11-12 and they didn't arrive until 2pm. We weren't notified they were going to be late until 11:45 am with no known estimated time of arrival. For the price, I would use them again.

Friendly and very patient with us old people, my wife and I are 74 and 76 years old. We have not moved in 25 years! They were professional and caring with us and our stuff. They were on time, worked hard, brought equipment and tools to help make things go smoother we never thought of. Very Very prepared. They called the day before to go over things and even called an hour before they arrive to give us there estimate time of arrival. I would use them again and I highly recommend them!
