What started off as a small operation has turned into a full team of movers catering to all of Oahu. Ewa Moving Co. prides themselves on being fast & efficient and exceeding their customer’s expectations with every move. Ewa Movers was on time and did the job. My issue is with Moving Staffers - the 3rd party vendor that brokered Ewa Movers. I got one invoice for $925 and another for $1,120. When I contacted Moving Staffers to question duplicate invoices but with varying amounts I got some snotty mouthed woman that said “Well you agreed to the $1,120 quote and electronically signed it. This was already explained to you via telephone when you ordered the service. There is a minimum 2 hour service call”. Which was fine - even though Ewa was only there for an hour. I replied “I am very aware of that but you didn’t answer my question. WHY the variation of price on the invoices?”. To which she just back peddled, got snottier and ruder and said she would review the emailed invoices if I sent them to her. I did just that. She never responded. I suppose I can just file a fraud dispute with my card issuer. My advice is this: DO NOT USE MOVING STAFFERS. Contact moving service companies directly.

We are a full service moving company, so we can assist with furniture disassembly, reassembly, packing and unpacking services. If the customer needs any of these services, we ask that they notify us at least one day before the scheduled move date.
