As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” The owner’s (Bryan) crew was completely unprofessional throughout the move. Their immature conversations included constant use of profanity, such as continuously referring to my belongings as “your sh#t.” Only one of the three movers seemed to know how to pack the truck, but all three were simply careless when handling my belongings. Moreover, they arrived with no equipment to facilitate their work - after three of the four hours for which I hired them, they actually asked me if I had a dolly they could use. On top of this, all three would stop working about every fifteen minutes to smoke a cigarette. I needed help loading my belongings for my move; nevertheless, if I could do it again, I would certainly not choose All-Star Movers for the job.

I’m in the process of remodeling my second floor and needed help with an in-house move, moving large items from the first floor to the almost complete second. I have a really steep staircase which I thought would be a concern. It was not! These guys were GREAT! They arrived on time, were prepared and worked their fingers to the bone to get the job done within the time frame allotted. They recognized and took the same care with items that held more sentimental value than dollar value. No fuss, no muss, no worries… I will definitely hire them again!

The 3 guys were on time and ready to work! They cared about the items they were moving and did a great job of unloading and restacking an entire 26" u-haul truck. Not only would I recommend them to others, I would definitely use them again!

BEST decision I made about hiring a helper! He was great, on time and extremely easy and cooperative during the process! Hopefully, I won't have to do it again soon, but would use Hire-a Helper in a heart beat! You should too, as ALL your friends do not want to "help you move"!!

Great guys! Finished moving me in, in only 45 minutes! They stayed around a bit to help me put items together and move dressers, beds and couches around. Very polite and nice!

I really didn't know what to expect from this service. They were great! They knew what they were doing, were friendly and courteous, treated my property with care, and worked extremely hard.

Sean and Mark were the finest,polite, punctual, eagerly enthusiastic, beyond awesome young men. They make their parents proud! We need some of their incredible lightning speed and energy!!!!
I would request that All -Star Movers give them a very substantial raise because someone will be stealing these fabulous workers very soon.
We will be calling to arrange for them to return to us when our move to Brookfield, Massachusetts is finalized.

They were three hours late for my job due to being stuck in traffic (Senator Kerry being released from the hospital caused massive traffic in Boston), and I don't fault them for that; however, I did have to call them after an hour and a half delay to figure out what was going on. I wish they had kept me more informed from the beginning. They also didn't bring a dolly with them, which would have sped up the moving process immensely. Despite the lack of a dolly, they worked hard and were very respectful of our things. Nothing was misplaced or broken and they didn't leave until they were sure we didn't need anything else from them.

They arrived right on time and went right to work. They were quick and were very careful with moving furniture. Note: some items were damaged in shipping (Not their fault) and they brought it to our attention. We were well pleased with the movers and their professionalism.

Helpers were very good but there was a miscommunication on the time at which they were supposed to arrive. Started 2 hours late.
