Brothers United Movers arrived, 2 gentlemen, and did a remakable job. They were respectful and very carefull with all my furniture they moved. I thought it would take 2-3 hours for them to move everthing I needed, especially dealing with the upstairs. However they finished in under 2 hours, and did not harm a thing. I would certainly utilize them again.

Did Brothers United really show up? I hired brothers movers and here is what I got.... * Another moving company name called about my order. *They were on time. *They moved everything from the PODS to the house. *They put garage marked boxes in the kitchen. Kitchen marked items in the bathroom, and didn't really care what a box was marked with they would put it anywhere. * I hired them for 4 hours. They finished unpacking in about 2 1/2. Since they were done early I asked them to put thing together for us...i.e. beds, tables, etc. *They were put out by me asking this. *I found out everything they put together was incorrect.i.e. put together a bed using not one screw provided. Even after I asked them if they used them they went back and did it again....and hand screwed them in.

The movers were very professional, quite quick and did a great job on moving my things into both my storage unit and my apartment. I will use them again if and when I have to move again. Great Job guys thanks again.

The helpers showed up 2 hrs late, but I think it was whoever dispatches fault. I don't think the guys even knew about the job until after the start time. once they got here they did what we needed and we got the stuff unloaded.

I'm not going into personal detail as to why I had to move, but I basically found out the night before that I was moving. Spent the next morning packing up things as best I could until the movers arrived. They were a half hour late, but we communicated via texting. They all were nice, but didn't take orders well at all. I told them my story and why they needed to pack the truck in a manner to fit as much as I could take with, as I would be driving to another state that night. I asked them to put bags and boxes inside furniture once they had it in the truck, I asked them to pack the bags to the top, we suggested on how to put the furniture in as they were not placing them very well, I even asked them to fill up all the bookshelves with bags of clothes etc..so to get stuff in there and this was not done either. I was told the truck was "full" and there was absolutely NO room for nothing else, and they closed the doors. After they left we opened back the truck and right in the front was an open bookshelf and space on top to put things. We (my mom and sis and I) didn't have the strength to move around the furniture and re-arrange things to get to the back of the truck, but we were able to stuff some more things in the back of the truck. After unloading the truck in my new state, my heart dropped to find the whole second half of the truck empty..nothing was placed or stored on top of furniture!!! I had to leave a lot of personal items behind, things that can never be replaced that were hand made or given to me by family that has passed. I am done crying over it, but everything that I wanted to take could have been placed in the truck if it was done in a manner of organization. I realize when we hire strangers to help us move, they are not obligated to care about us, but if I'm paying for a professional movers, then I should be sent professionals. I'm heartbroken, and it will be a long time before I get over this experience.

Coordination was great and only a phone call away. Helpers were there on time, actually a few minutes early , fast but careful which is great. It was worth it.

They arrived on time and ready to work. The only problem I had was in the payment when they were finished. The 2 unloaders thought I was supposed to pay them in cash, when in actuality, my credit card had already been charged for the total. Luckily we were able to reach my contact and It just took a few minutes to straighten it out. I would recommend these movers. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Brothers United. They called the day before to reconfirm our appointment. They were professional, courteous, efficient and worked very quickly. Also, they took very good care of my things. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends should they need movers.

They were able to come on a busy weekend with less than 24 hours notice, and were able to complete my move in under 2 hours, even dealing with some non-typical items and furniture assembly. They were very helpful and courteous, I would have no issues using them again for another move. Thanks!

I requested two professional movers to help me move out. First off, they show up without the rope and shrink wrap I requested. Secondly, only one of the guys was a professional mover. The other guy didnt speak any English which caused communication problems between the two "professionals" and ultimately slowed down the moving process. They didnt secure the doors to our armoire, so the doors came open and slammed against another piece of furniture and scratched and dented both of them. Our mattress was just shoved into the P.O.D. and at one point one guy tried to use his feet to shove it in . . . yes his feet were on our mattress! These guys were very unprofessional. Do not use this company.

They done a good job packing everything. Very careful with all the valuables but could have been just a little faster. But overall satisfied with the result. Would use again.

This was a case of "you get what you pay for." The price was great, but the service was average. The gentlemen were quick, but three didn't speak English, so I couldn't really communicate where I wanted items. An expensive piece of furniture was broken after they moved it the way I told them not to; it cost me $150 to repair it. Again, they were quick and cheap, but I will go with someone else in the future.

I was very disappointed with the lack of care they gave in protecting my furniture. I had plenty of blankets and packing materials so that each item could be well protected. I had to have them unload the truck because much of the furniture items were not properly protected. I found several items had been scratched while they were loading the truck.

The men were friendly and worked hard. I had rented 48 moving blankets, though, and had 8-10 unused. At the same time, furniture was packed - unprotected - next to items that rubbed the finish off of two expensive end tables. Unnecessary, given that we had blankets left over. However, hard to have the "perfect' move!

There were two helpers and I was moving into a third floor apt. without an elevator. They went way beyond the call of duty. They were friendly and professional. While they were unloading, a delivery was made and the delivery guy could not get the table and four chairs up the stairs. These guys volunteered to bring them up. I would highly recommend these gentlemen. I would say I rate them a 5+.

I never thought by selecting one of the cheaper service providers, I would be getting a V.I.P. level experience. The movers showed up right on time, and immediately assessed what I had and how to pack it. Not a moment was wasted, not a square foot of the truck was wasted. The movers were professional, courteous, careful, and their experience moving and loading moving trucks was evident from the first minute to the last. I highly recomend this company to anyone looking for help, and I plan to never move myself again!

The helpers were late and aside from that were not trained movers. They pushed the carts backwards and as a result dropped several boxes. They were here a maximum of 2 hours, even though we were billed for 4. They forgot to get the paper work signed and later their boss showed up insisting we locate the order and sign it so they could get paid. I would really like at least one hour of the charge refunded.

I would like to compliment very highly the 2 young men who came from Brothers United Movers to fill the orders I made. They worked hard, without a rest, in very hot weather. I requested two men and I got a man and a 14 year old boy. That poor child could barley lift the furniture, my husband had to do the work of the second person. On top of that the man broke several crystals on my 48" chandelier with a mattress he was taking upstairs, one that i bought in Europe several years ago. I have been unable to locate replacements as they are 11 inches 3 sided triangle cut triedre crystal.
