Sebastian and Juan were amazing! They should definitely work for themselves! They got all the things I needed on the truck and were able to get most of what I needed into the new location. But I paid $400 to still have to unload the truck with some of the heaviest tubs I can’t even carry alone and I don’t have family here to help me. Honestly it was a waste of money and I probably will not book with them ever again. If their hiring manager can’t manage to book times approximately from location to location and estimates then he shouldn’t be doing it. He has one job. Book appropriately. The rating is not for the actual movers but for the company. If you don’t guesstimate your timing and timing on their behalf you’ll get screwed in the end. The mover actually wanted to stay but had to leave for another job and their boss told them to leave. Their boss didn’t care if I was cripple and wanted to pay extra… he still told them to leave.

Mover's response:

The guys were allowed to stay an additional hour, due to the travel time that was far and out of our coverage area ( Rosenberg and didn’t charge a travel fee or deny the unload location). We agreed to 1 hour additional on both parties. We did our job and even more. That you under booked your job was to save money was not our fault!

WONDERFUL JOB! Exceptional service. We booked this service one day in advance and they had no problem squeezing us in - at no extra cost!! The movers were prompt and got here exactly at the scheduled time. They handled our belongings with such care and were very efficient with their use of time. Not to mention they were the most pleasant and friendly gentlemen and we joked and laughed the whole time they worked were here. They really went above and beyond unloading to make sure everything was in the correct place which will make unpacking SO much easier. I cannot say enough good things about the two men they sent over and will definitely be reaching out to this company again if needs arise. Do not hesitate to book these guys! They are incredible!
