The team overall did a great job but had 1 major mistake. The scratched my floor moving my gun safe after I told them to make sure they had something underneath. The took pictures right away and sent to their manager which is Renee Mercedes and told me he would call later in the day. He never called so I called him Friday morning in route to our move. I told him I had replacement panels all he needed to do was find qualified labor to change out he stated give me until the end of the day. I never heard anything back disappointed. I called him a week later and he said he guy was out of state and I needed to file a claim. Since I have filed a claim but now I need 2 quotes for the repair and I'm 9.5 hours away from that house unbelievable.

Outstanding service! I cannot say enough. The workers were professional, prompt, and very attentive to our needs. We were moving family heirlooms, high dollars items and very breakable collectable planes. They listened to our conserns, took great care in how they packed the truck and even found ways to fit items we did not think could go. They were willing to make changes to the load out as we moved along and worked so quickly They finished well within the estimated time. Highly recommend this moving service.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
