These kids came out and we're very nice but didn't fit everything into the cube, and then took off without saying a word, leaving tons of my stuff just laying on the ground around the house. I've used the same pod before, different movers, and the same house with MORE of my furnishings, and those guys knew what they were doing because they really fit it all in with a little room to spare. Tetris style. Apparently, these kids have never played Tetris, and if they have they suck at it, because since they started packing it all up incorrectly to begin with it didn't work. Did they own up to it? Not at all.

When they were "finished" I had to have a 3rd party pay them for supplies. I told him I wasnt going to pay. Before I could finish and explain there was a 3rd party paying, this idiot says he's going to call and file a police report! What an ignorant clown. This obviously angered everyone involved and cost us dearly. We were on a timeline so couldn't wait around for a fix, and we had to leave thousands of dollars worth of stuff behind, too large to ship.

Y'all can do what you want, but if you're looking for a crap moving company with a halfwit owner then I'd definitely go with these guys.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we respect every customer's right to express their experience, it is important that the facts surrounding this move are accurately represented.

From the beginning of the job, our moving team communicated concerns regarding the size limitations of the 16-foot moving container that had been ordered. Our crew members collectively brought more than 25 years of professional moving experience to your relocation and advised that the volume of furniture and household goods from a fully furnished four-bedroom home would likely exceed the capacity of the container provided.

During the move, you informed our crew that you had previously used a similar-sized container when moving into the residence approximately seven years ago. However, as our team explained, households naturally accumulate additional furniture, personal belongings, decorations, and other possessions over time. The amount of inventory present during your move was significantly greater than what could reasonably fit into the container that had been reserved.

Despite these concerns, our crew worked diligently to maximize every available inch of space using professional loading techniques. Unfortunately, no amount of expertise can overcome physical capacity limitations. Movers can efficiently utilize space, but they cannot create additional space where none exists.

Regarding the disagreement over payment, the issue was not related to the moving services themselves. The concern arose because packing supplies were specifically requested, delivered, and used during the move. Those materials carried a cost of approximately $200 and, like any purchased product or service, required payment. At no point did anyone from our company use inappropriate language, insults, or personal attacks. Our position was simply that payment was required for the supplies that had been ordered and utilized during the relocation.

We also find it disappointing that personal accusations and name-calling have become part of this review. Throughout the process, our goal remained to complete your move professionally and respectfully while communicating honestly about the logistical limitations we encountered.

We understand that moving can be stressful and emotions can run high when expectations do not align with reality. However, it is unfair to hold movers responsible for the fact that a container was undersized for the volume of belongings being transported. Our crew successfully performed the services requested, communicated concerns in advance, and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome given the circumstances.

The men arrived early and were very courteous and respectful. My son and I were also helping them, which surprised them. They moved quickly and efficiently and were done before the 2 hours was up. To be clear, I was moving apartments within the same complex, from upstairs to down, so there were no trucks involved. I only asked for "a couple of guys" because that was all I needed. 10 out of 10, would definitely use Morris Moving again.

Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.
