What a wonderful experience in customer service. That is so hard to find these days. They were right on time and worked without stopping until all had been unloaded and brought into the apartment. The guys were nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! I was late because I had to sign more papers at my apartment complex, but they were there waiting on me. When I pulled the truck in, I had a hard time and they offered to help me with that as well. When they were bringing the boxes in, none of my furniture was scratched in the unloading process. I was informed that I hired them so I shouldn't be helping them, they were there to help me. I was very glad that I hired them, and I would tell any one to use them, and when I get ready to move again, I will be calling ImPack Movers, because they were professional, courteous, fast, and hard working!!! You guys did great!!!!

The helpers did a great job! They were courteous and quick in doing their job. What amazed me the most was their strength. They carried a large dresser with 8 drawers filled with clothes up to the third floor. I definitely would recommend them.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
