they had the truck unpacked into two hours . The three men that were here were very polite.they treated my belongings with respect.if you need help moving I truly hope you get the same three gentlemen I had.

I had the movers transport my things from a storage unit into ReloCubes to move out of state. They were very efficient, packed the boxes and things extremely well, and were friendly. I had a picture frame that had cracked glass and they even checked with me to make sure it was already there and not something they did. They were prompt and worked hard. I would use them again.

TC and Travis were fantastic! They showed up on time and got everything unloaded from my truck quickly. They had to take everything up a freight elevator and down the hall in the apartment building, which made for an extra challenge, but it was no big deal for them. I would highly recommend Impack for your move! Super nice guys!

I have used Impack Movers for my last two moves and these guys are great! They come in and get the job done in a timely manner and supply all the tools needed to help you get your stuff loaded on your moving truck. I rented an additional dolly just to make sure but they always have the tools they need to be successful. I feel the price is better than most and for the quickness you are in for a treat. I would say if you need movers then Impack Movers are the ones to go with.

We recently hired ImPack Movers to help us load a truck for a long-distance move. We also had several friends who had come to assist. TC and Sam from ImPack were wonderful ... hard-working, knowledgeable and friendly working with everyone ... had the 28' ABF trailer loaded in about 2 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend these guys! Thanks, TC and Sam!!!

Its not a good review. Just about every piece of my furniture has scratches, chips on it. Once here, my destination, Strong Arms made a brief statement, they saw a hole in my box spring, and stated it happen in their opinion from my mirror with pointers sticking into the box springs. And stated it was not loaded right. It's as if they (ImPack) didn't have a clue on how to load the truck. Yes, they were on time, work hard, was respectful but I won't use them again. And yes, I had trouble with Budget rental truck and had to get U-Haul in short notice and ImPack was willing to come one hour later, which was good. But overall, I believe that my furniture was just thrown into the truck and stacked in every which way but right. Impack definitely had no order (plan) set forth, only to get the truck loaded and get the hell out of Dodge mentality.

This is the second time I've used Impack Movers. I used them in May to move myself and I purchased their assistance for my brother and his family who moved to the Houston area in August. I guess since I'm a return customer, that should show how highly I think of this company. The guys are always respectful and punctual, and I love that they get the job done... and quickly! I've used moving companies in the past that really drag their feet in hopes of having to use additional hours and charge the customer more. When I used Impack Movers in August, I ordered 3 hours to unload a 26-ft truck from a 3,000 house into a 2,500 two story home, and they were done in less than 2 hours. I was amazed. The only thing that would have made it better is if I could have gotten a refund on my extra hour, but overall, it was a great experience and I would ABSOLUTELY use them again!
