They were excellent. They were on time, came fully prepared for the work they had to do and the items they had to take apart. They moved quickly and efficiently to get everything done in the allotted time and there was No and I mean No damage or scratches to any furniture what so ever. I would certainly use and recommend them again.

These guys were great! They were called in by Hire- a -Helper as a replacement for another provider who did not show up! Karye called me right away to say when he would arrive. They were on time and worked quickly and carefully . We would definitely use them again. We appreciate that they were willing to come help us with a last minute notice!

I called the movers that they gave me a no# for. While speaking to him, he asked me if they could do the job that night instead of the next day. I agreed. After about 30 mins. and the approval, I decided to call and get a time. I then was told they would be there at 9pm, it was already 8:38pm. I had not been notified. After they unloaded my truck, came back to load the last 7 pieces. They purposely stalled around and I informed them about the time. So then they decided to take my china hutch apart, when I told them several times not too!! That took around 26 mins. After we took the rest of furniture to my apt. they didn't put my hutch back together at all. After being told not to take it apart in the first place...47 mins wasted. and charged an extra $100 because they stalled around and smoked..I need to be reimbursed for this...and I'm calling the BBB Bureau. The worst service ever. I also tipped them....DON'T EVER USE THEM, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

The movers were on time and prepared with the proper equipment but that's where the good ends. Not worth the hassle. With the owner being one of the movers I thought that he would be more professional and efficient. The job took way longer than I expected and what they said it would take. Their fee is ridiculous and not worth the service. The owner was very unprofessional and I heard several comments I would consider mildly offensive. I was told about the many other jobs they had that day several times and after finishing rushed off without assembling any of my furniture we agreed on. He later called back ( prob to save the company from getting a bad rating) to say oops I'm sorry and his availability to return was very inconvenient to say the least. I was then charged an extra $150 but had to deal with unprofessionalism, inefficientness and an inconvenience to myself. Would not recommend or use them again!

Sturdy Movers & Delivery is a trustworthy company, and I would definitely use their services again! Not only were they on time, but they were flexible when we had to make a change to the scheduled time. They worked quickly, while handling all of our belongings with care. They were very respectful of our property, and nothing was damaged in the move. Not only a professional crew but very personable, making the move as much fun as moving can be! I would definitely recommend Sturdy Movers & Delivery, and ask for Khary if you want the best service!

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
