Was promised professional moving labor help. Got hired temps who had not had any training, were totally inexperienced, and didn’t know how to use a hand truck. They damaged my walls, floors, and furniture . When they left, I was exhausted. I was totally scammed Do not use this company.

Assistant helper was great worked really hard but the lead helper was too slow and wasted lots of time unnecessarily. unassembling and assembling furniture was without proper tooling and not organized at all.

First off let me start off by saying that they were 3 hours late from my original arrival window. When the movers arrive, they went so slow that the move lasted all day when it should of lasted only a few hours. Not only that, but my furniture was scratched all to hell and I'm now missing a PS5 controller that was plainly visible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This was the worst moving experience ever. They didn't even have the tools to take my wall mount off the wall. I was charged 2 hours from Hire A Helper and then had to cash app some person an additional amount for additional hours. This company is so shady. Be careful!
