Very accommodaing to getting things where I needed them in a timely manner

I was not very pleased with the overall experience using Hire-A-Helper and All-Star Moving!! The movers were late, but were courteous enough to call. However, when they arrived and looked around they knew they were not adequately prepared. Despite the detailed information I provided to Hire-A-Helper and Matt at All-Star Moving, our job was severely underestimated and we had to pay for their incompetence. They estimated our two story house with a finished basement at two men for four hours. It turned out to require four men for nine hours. They ran out of room on their truck and after unloading the first load informed us that they had to leave to attend to another job and may not be able to finish ours until the next day.
The movers themselves were friendly and competent, but the owner leaves much to be desired. The movers left things in the basement (which we had to move to the garage with the second load) because they were being rushed by their boss to get to the other job. They were not even allowed a break for lunch, when working on a 90+ degF day! Luckily, the movers agreed to come back to the house, which was already being occupied by the new owner, to move our last load.
The owner really needs to work on his professionalism...taking responsibility to properly estimate a job, avoid bad mouthing hire-a-helper for their poor estimation (apparently this isn't the first time), proper language when speaking with a customer, scheduling, etc. A businessman's poor planning shouldn't be taken out on the customer. Isn't the customer always right? At this rate, All-Star Moving won't be moving much in the future!
Second, the reason I informed the customer that we had to return to the job later THAT DAY, was so that we could keep ALL of our customers satisfied when it comes to time management.

I wasn't sure what to expect. The guys were very professional and efficient. They were done with unloading the truck before we could say "jack Robinson"...I was extremely pleased with them. They were very courteous and they arrived on time even though we had to call them to come earlier than planed, they made it on time. I will recommend them in a heartbeat.
