Richard and Willy did a terrific job. They moved many pieces from downstairs to upstairs and upstairs to downstairs. They were knowledgeable, fast, pleasant to work with, and just totally fulfilled our needs in a very efficient manner. We highly recommend them . They were on time, they were prepared for the work even though there was a lot more than we initially requested. They were very considerate of our property and nothing was damaged. Absolutely we would use them again.

My movers booked through Moving labor Help.com cancelled at 8 PM the night before my move. Josh and his crew confirmed the request that night, and arrived the next day as planned. They did an amazing job loading and packing the truck, and even called for extra help to save us time at the end. J & E staff have a great attitude, a fun sense of humor, and are master packers when it comes to the UHaul. Hire these guys, you will be glad you did!

The two gentlemen arrived in Portland, traveling all the way from Salem, very close to the arrival window given, and were extremely helpful getting the moving truck unloaded, taking care with everything. I had one other helper, and the four of us got through unloading the 16-foot moving truck in about 90 minutes.

Kyle and Kevin were absolutely AWESOME! Having them handle the unloading end of our move was like having the calvary show up and save what was becoming "a move from hell." They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to accommodate us ... after they'd already put in a long day. If given the opportunity, we would certainly recommend them.

The guys were GREAT! They arrived a bit later than the specified window, and I am totally blanking on their names, but they were efficient and speedy, making multiple trips to my 4th floor apartment. We had the elevator locked but one of the tenants nipped in (while the guys were unloading more stuff) and took the elevator to the 6th floor AND LEFT IT! My poor mover had to take the stairs to go retrieve the elevator! I would highly recmmend them!! If the level of service I received from these two young men is indicative of all the members of the J&E Moving team they have a winner!
