They arrived on time and were nice guys, but it went downhill from there. I requested and paid for 4 workers, only 3 showed up. Multiple items were dropped/broken before they were even loaded. I provided plenty of ropes, tie-down straps, and moving blankets, however the guys hardly used them when loading the Pods. I had to re-secure the load after they left. Even though I had moving blankets for all the furniture pieces and asked to have everything covered……. It wasn’t. Upon arrival at destination the wrapped pieces were in good shape…… the many pieces they didn’t wrap were damaged. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Palm Springs 100 degree + our crew worked hard. Move was completed over 3 weeks ago. Nothing was said at time of move, and as you are aware we are only able to utilize the supplies the customer provides. If customer does not have enough moving pads we can’t do anything about that. We wouldn’t recommend this customer to any other mover unless they really took responsibility for providing accurate packing supplies, as this was a labor only move.
