I wasn't sure what to expect because I was moving in to NYC from out of town, but my experience was fantastic - One of my movers arrived early and was ready to work right away, the second came on-time and they both worked together and finished the job faster than I expected! They were incredibly polite, hardworking and helpful in the entire process - I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Easiest move I've ever made.

Our two helpers showed up right on time.
They worked hard and completed the job more quickly than we expected they would. They arrived and got right to work.
They were very courteous and pleasant.
One cheap piece of furniture got damaged, but overall they were respectful of our property.
The only issue I had is they told me that my couch wouldn't fit up the stairs. I knew it would, so I had to lightly cajole them to problem-solve and do it. They did it, though, and were good-natured about it.
I would use them again. Nice, hard workers for a reasonable fee.

While they were on time -- One of the guys talked a lot -- to the point it slowed down he process and took an additional hour to move most of the furniture from 3 floors up.
My moving crew unloaded a truck and even unpacked me in 2 hours when I moved into the building - -it shouldn't have taken 3 hours to move only a few pieces of furniture 3 floors up using a freight elevator.
I gave them water then the guy who talked too much seemed to have issue that there was no food to be had -- and that the building did not have a vending machine. I felt bad for the other fellow who seemed to want to work but couldn't.

keith and lee were a great help to me. they arrived on time and didn't complain that i myself was tardy to my own apartment with the truck. then, when inside, these two men became true problem solvers, as they devised a plan of how best to move out my stuff, executed that plan, and was done in less than two hours. i'm thankful to them and will be recommending this company to family and friends. also, howard, the contact manager perhaps, was very professional and informative. i appreciate him too. good job on all fronts, guys!

Used these guys twice, and both times they were on time, and the second time they showed up a few hours early when I told them I'd be available sooner than I thought. Worked very fast, unloading up six flights in no time. Highly recommended.

They:
1. Were not prepared for the job, though they did their best to physically move items.
3. Did not know how to take apart a bed (which my mother and i did successfully in moments after they left and then had to move ourselves).
4. Acted like I was wasting their time when it took them longer than they anticipated to take the bed apart. They then asked me to pay for the extra time.
5. Left in the middle of the job and left a fully constructed bed in the middle of the common hallway on my floor.
6. I would NEVER use them again.

We hired two movers last minute and they texted to confirm our time and location almost immediately! They were on time, courteous, and strong! They had all of our stuff for our 1br apartment up a 6 floor walk up in an hour and a half! We couldn't believe it!
