While bringing in the washing machine they tore the vinyl on the floor. I’m waiting to get an estimate from the apartment owner on how much to repair the damage.

They were they on time.
I did not expect them to have a dolly, but they did.
They worked hard.

They were slightly late but did call to tell me that they were running late. When they arrived, they didn’t have the proper tools to take my bed apart although I had described the bed as being a large heavy bed with drawers. Most of the time that I walked into a room, one of them was on the phone. The man that I hired to drive the truck had to take over and tell them how to do what little they did. I had three women helping to move boxes and smaller items to the area of the truck. These two men acted like the couldn’t see a box sitting in a room that needed to be moved. I paid them for an extra hour because there was still several large items that needed to be loaded and I didn’t want the driver to load by himself. If the Helpers had worked as hard as my women we would have been finished well before the time was up. I would never hire these two men again..
