Pro Touch Movers were great. Called the night before to discuss the job and arrived 15 minutes early. They were efficient and worked quickly without complaint. Wasn’t a terribly big move job (most of the boxes went from our Pod into our garage), but the small amount of furniture we did have them move, they did professionally. They completed the job in record time. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Pro touch Movers.

I had an arrival window of 11-12 but they were late. Because we needed to return the truck we had to start the work ourselves and they therefore only worked 90 minutes of the paid two hours. They also arrived in an unmarked vehicle and had no clothing or anything that let us know the company name (that seemed odd).
While they were very nice, they appeared tired already and mentioned they had already done two other jobs. ??
Additionally because they were very sweaty (it was very hot outside), there were dirty sweat marks on the cloth furniture. ??
Again, they were very friendly and nice, but I do not feel we got our money worth of service and I’m disappointed in that.
Would love a phone call to discuss this further with Hire-A-Helper.

They arrived on time. They worked hard and packed everything on the truck in a safe manner. They were pleasent and respectful. I asked to move a day or two earlier then I scheduled and the company worked with me and came on the day requested. I would highly recommend them.

The 2 guys Anthony & Jim did an outstanding job unloading our 26' Penske truck into a storage container . They were prompt and their office kept us informed .
We were so glad the company sent these 2 gentlemen out to assist us .
The company doesn't know it yet , but when we find a permanent home we are going to ask for these 2 guys to come back and assist us with our next move.
