They were on time and respectful to me. As they were moving my belongings I heard almost of my heavy pieces get dragged down the stairs rather than carried. Hearing the thuds of my furniture hitting each stair on the way down was un-nerving. Both movers moved slowly. I can't remember his name, but he was a white, gray headed gentlemen. Too old to be moving furniture. I'm very curious to know what my furniture will look like once it's unloaded from the POD. I would not recommend.
