I was surprised one of the movers was a woman. I didn't have a whole lot of heavy things so it ended up working out. They were professional and timely.

Got a text 30 mins prior to arrival time saying they were going to be a total of 1.5 hours late, which I see as the fault of the two assigned movers. I had a limited window during moving day which caused other scheduling problems. The movers worked hard but lady wasn't able to handle heavy furnture despite me telling company I had only furnture to move. I see that as the fault of the moving company scheduler. Overall I wouldn't use this company again without explicitly describing my moving needs and demanding the movers arrive on time.

Daniel, you are absolutely right. If you had heavy furniture to be lifted and/or carried up or down steps, you should of had the proper crew to complete the task. We do our best to filter projects to determine which crew members would be dispatched, it seems your project was overlooked or possibly misunderstood and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. We understand your frustration and we came up with a solution to prevent this from occurring again in the future.

You can expect a smooth experience with professional movers who are honest, friendly and fun to work with. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we aim to met or exceed your expectations.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

You can expect for us to arrive within the scheduled time frame prepared to conquer whatever the project requires.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

Hand tools for assembly:

Hand truck:
Customer must request item, we offer at no additional charge., (upon request, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
additional $40 per roll of shrink wrap, ($40.00/ea.)
Rope:
Please request this product if needed for project., ($20.00/ea.)
