One thing they did was, get everything loaded for the most part, and not being a so called professional loader I had little idea of what they were doing or not doing, until the off load occurred.... the crew I hired to unload the truck, were continuously commenting on the terrible manner of the loading process, and also noting all of the rub and scrapes and gouges in the wooden products that were loaded with out furniture pads being install to prevent this damage, they said, the burden is on the loaders to load responsibility so as to prevent this type of damage, especially on a long move as ours was. I am very unhappy and am now suffering the expense or repairing and refinishing my solid oak furniture,, the other cheaper stuff I'll just replace, I guess......Bert Dougherty

They were late and expected to work the 8 hours even though they started late. They took break times to eat and smoke. They were all tired from working 3rd shift. They were not respectful of our property and goods. They broke a $4000 king canopy bed headboard. Loaded in a tall cabinet with a key and left the key in the hole instead of taking the time to remove it. Anyway the key fell out into a crack of the truck and the cabinet is locked and we have no access to getting in it. They broke a leg off a credenza that we paid $2500 for. They kept saying they hated moving and kept counting down the time to go leaving us with a truck needing to be finished unloading. We did not want them walking off even though the 8 hours was up so paid them $500 in cash to finish and put together the furniture for another hour. The guy said he would come back and fix the bed and I have texted with no response.

Here to There Professional Movers did a wonderful job! They were absolutely professional, respectful, extremely friendly and helpful. They were on time and prepared and did a great job of moving everything into the house in record time and took great care with all of my things. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch moving labor help. Jeremy has many years of professional moving experience, and it shows. I will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises. Cannot say enough good things. They made me feel totally at ease and the moving experience was completely stress-free. Thank you again for such a great job and such great customer service!

Great helpers. Fast and polite. I will certainly call on them again. They were at the right place 15 minutes early and didn't slow down until everything was unloaded and stored properly.

We more stairs to work with than I had originally considered when I set up the appointment but they worked through the changes and were a great help. they were on time ready to work and took good care of our property. I would use them again, but I hope I don't have to move again for a long time
