Nikia and the crew were easy to work with. We were called 2 days before the move to see if we needed any special equipment and to go over what our expectations were. She called us the morning of our move and gave us the ETA of the crew. The moving guys arrived on time, were professional to work with and were even courteous to remove their shoes in our new home. They did exactly as instructed with no complaints and a great attitude. I would definitely recommend them.

I was keep informed at all times during my moving process. Coutesy calls were given to me before they arrived. They even switched our day to unload when a mover did not show up the previous day to load us. They did a great job. They finished the job in less than 2 hours. Fast workers! This is a good moving company.

Global Elite Movers were prompt and polite; they worked efficiently and completed my move in the time allotted.
This moving crew was not adequately careful with my things, or with the rental townhouse they moved us out of. Not only were several of our items damaged due to carelessness (they actually packed things carefully in the truck, but getting our items in and out of the truck was much less carefully done), including some heirloom furniture, but they also left quite a bit of damage to the walls, floor, and door of the place we were moving out of. This damage will likely result in my not recovering any of my rental security deposit. Some of the flooring will have to be replaced completely; they knocked off large chunks of drywall (with my dining room table, which I explained to them was a very special item), managed to gouge deep grooves into the walls of the stairway, tore paint off the stairwell and some walls, and dented and chipped paint on the door to the garage. I am in the process of filing damage claims and hope that Global Elite or Hire a Helper comes through. I am glad that we packed and moved most of our things before Global Elite arrived, and they only did the big furniture that I couldn't lift.
The review is two stars not zero because the company did a fine job of communicating, and despite the problems I did have, the price was reasonable. If you choose to use Global Elite, be sure to spring for the extra insurance.
