There are so many good things I can say about this company that helped me pack my U-Haul up. Ashley is an absolute wonderful person to deal with. If you listen to what she says you will have a successful move. They moved me out of a five bedroom home in an hour and 2 minutes. The person that was supervising was absolutely wonderful. If you need any moving done please call this company and speak with Ashley. I would recommend this to anybody and I am a very particular person. Friends Moving and Delivery showed up at 1:00 p.m., it was a holiday so we appreciated being able to find someone to accept the job. We were moving a 1 bedroom apartment 650 miles from Denver to KC so we strategically packed the 21’ U-Haul truck by ourselves and drove all night and arrived to Kansas City at 4:00 a.m. This was primarily boxes, a lot of them, but also 3 IKEA bookcases, a two-piece sofa, a tv, 2 bar stools, a cat tree, lamps, a coffee table, two nightstands and two desks. (We moved the bed before they arrived) We were exhausted and wanted to hire able help to get the stuff moved into the apartment, I can say one of their guys, the youngest one, did work very hard. However, the boss lady was primarily present to delegate, including bossing us around. She insisted her other guy stay in the truck to hand off boxes and would not let us into our own truck to unload because she wanted us to do most of the work. We had three of our own people moving boxes and stuff along with their one younger guy. The guy in the truck would hand or kick our boxes towards us, then casually wait for us to come back for more boxes, which gave him plenty of time to talk on his phone! This is actually the job one of us planned on doing since it was our stuff and we knew what was in the boxes! The boss lady’s communication style was "hostile, argumentative, attitudish and rude.”
When booking, we requested them to bring a flat bed platform cart or something similar but they only had a couple small flat dollys without a handle or sides with open centers so our boxes and things easily fell off when hitting a bump and you couldn’t steer them. Not at all what you would expect from professional movers. All in all, they were just ok, and we got everything unloaded before the two hours were up because myself, my husband and our friend had to work our a$$es off to get it finished so they could just leave since they seemed rushed to go home. It sure didn't go as smoothly as we anticipated due to their attitude and lack of work ethic. We’ve definitely dealt with more superior movers in the past that were far more productive and professional. I wish I would’ve read the negative reviews before hiring them because those negative reviews are exactly the service we experienced too. I would suggest to go with the 4.8 - 5.0 reviews to get better help without the attitude. Lesson learned. :(

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
