The two guys showed up. However they were too slow and intentionally tried to drag the day out as it increased my cost by almost 200.00 more. I rented a hand dolly for my boxes but refused to use it. Instead they carried out 1-2 boxes at a time. I purchased furniture blankets as I was directed and they only used one. At one point they were watching me take apart my weight rack instead of continuing to work. They also didn't know how to load as I had to finish loading the rest of my things. They were unmotivated, wasted time, and didn't seem to want to put forth an effort to provide quality and efficient service. Will not recommend this service again.
