When the packing was completed, one of the team members saw that I needed the car dolly reconnected to our U-Haul. I had 4 bedrooms, a formal dining room, kitchen, living room, and garage full of furniture to move. The guys arrived right on time and fit everything into the truck within the 4 hours we hired them for. The guys were very nice and very professional. Upon unloa…read moreding the truck, nothing was scratched or dented; however, they did break one of the feet on an arm chair while loading it into the truck, which we did not know about until we were unloading. Luckily, I believe the foot can be fixed. When it was discovered, I was more upset that they didn't say anything when it happened vs the foot actually being broken. Other than that, they did a GREAT job getting everything loaded. The company that unloaded the truck said that it was not loaded properly, and that a lot of space was wasted, but I guess that comes down to experience.
