The movers were very efficient. When I forgot to mention there might be some disassembling and reassembling of a bedroom set, they made the best of the tools we could come up with. They handled our items with care and there was no damage of any of our items, despite an hour drive to our new apartment. I would recommend their moving service and hope their business grows with this review. Thank you for a job well done!

We hired 3 laborers from JC Movers to unload our Penske truck for us. We were running late (hit traffic), and they were able to accommodate our last minute changes so well. They were efficient, helpful, and worked in the rain without complaint. It was a very good experience.

They worked hard, they were prepared, they were respectful to me. I might suggest the head mover might have worked a little harder at finessing things with my building manager. They disagreed on the proper use of the elevator. I didn't see this disagreement myself but heard about it from both the manager and the mover after the fact. I can see both sides of this argument, but at the end of the day, I am the one paying the bill on this and I found the team to be perfectly adequate. They had already had a very full day before they got to me, but they worked hard and fast with no sign of fatigue in what was probably a stressful situation (4th-floor building, in the rain, with one elevator and an angry building manager).

They were about a half hour late. I had to call and find out ETA. They should have called me when they knew they would be late. They worked hard on a hot day. One of the crew members was a little careless with the dolly, etc. Overall, pretty good.

They were 6 hours late showing up at nearly 730 PM. I had nearly e everything moved in myself. They did a good job moving a handful of items that were too heavy or awkward for just me and I asked them to assemble some new outdoor porch furniture and they struggled with that task as well. The young men were friendly and worked at what was asked but the overall experience, especially the lateness cost me hours of the day I couldn’t afford to lose. For over 400$ I was very disappointed and felt ripped off financially.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
