They were on time & started working immediately.
No hesitation at the amount of stuff we had to move from 3 Storage Units into a single family home with 13 stairs to the basement.
Watching them move items was a work of art especially when you see them carrying boxes (not just one) on their backs down stairs.
The Team was a powerhouse of muscle & kindness.
It was a pleasure and we can't say enough about their dedication to a job that requires so much manpower & strength.

The two guys that loaded the storage container could not have been nicer or worked harder. I had to convince them to take a break and relax for a few minutes. I will absolutely use the service again whenever the need arises.

Warning! Warning! Warning! MyTee Movers are horrible! The owner, MiLove, is rude and totally unprofessional. He and his 3-man crew arrived short staffed (I requested a 5-man crew) at my house with 1-dolly to load a 27-foot Truck traveling from Chicago to Houston. They claim to have the necessary tools online, but didn't come with any except that 1-dolly. I requested certain furniture items to be shrink-wrapped before loading, but MiLove argued that it would hinder them carrying the item(s). MiLove said they would shrink wrap those items before loading on the truck. Well, he (they) didn't! They literally threw my things into the truck with no regard to placement. They didn't seem to care! Upon arrival in Houston I was faced with a horrible nightmare of damaged furniture and crushed boxes of glassware clearly marked "Fragile, Handle w/Care". Heavy items were placed on top, causing the damage. My beautiful Fabric K-bed, the dresser and mirror were torn, scratched and damaged,. The dresser itself has huge pieces broken in the front, sides and base, and the fabric on my K-bed was torn and soiled from dragging; my wardrobe boxes were turned on their sides and other boxes stacked on top crushing the boxes and damaging my clothes, end-table w/ glass front cracked, lacquer credenza cracked.; TV base broken. The list goes on! . Pads provided were not used, but rather found tossed to the side and on the floor of the truck. When I called Mr MiLove he didn't listen to my complaint, but rather talked over me, yelling into the phone. If you value your belongings "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"! MiLove, the owner of MyTee Movers, also wore a shirt on the day of my move 7/27/2017 with "Speciality Movers" name on it... BEWARE! He will be reported to every agency governing transportation. They were on time, which was important. However, I felt that after the first 30 minutes they started moving very slowly. I didn't have much to move but they were unable to complete the job in the two hour window. I've move 26 times, so I have a good feel of how long it should have taken. Also, I was not happy with the way my items were loaded. They felt the trailer should be loaded with the weight over the tires instead of 60% in the front/40% at the back, as the trailer directs. They also didn't feel it was necessary to tie anything in place and my dresser was scratched as a result. Finally, they left with one of my moving blankets that I use for under the dog crate - they had been using it over their dolly. Over all I would not recommend this company. They were very polite but no very motivated.

The guys showed up at 10:15, which was not a problem initially as they were set to arrive between 10 and 11am. However, there was no documentation of start time which proved to be a small issue later (and when we used another HireAHelper company the next day, they had HireAHelper paperwork we signed when they arrived documenting start time...so not sure why one had this and another didn't). They immediately got to work, but didn't bring any plastic wrap as promised in the original order, so we had to use some we had already purchased but had planned on returning, ultimately costing us more money. When I asked them to plastic wrap some things, they seemed a bit hesitant to do so, so we did some on our own. They packed the truck relatively quickly, but ultimately left us before finishing the job. We still had a few large furniture items we had to figure out a way to fit on our own. Then, they told us we went an hour over, but really it was only 30 minutes due to their late start. We paid the extra hour just to not deal with any drama and they left. They threw our grill in crooked and when our unloaders on the other end opened the truck, they were appalled at how the grill had been loaded. Also, our nice solid wood coffee table is missing a chunk on the corner now. Not necessarily their fault, but I am sure it had something to do with not being packed totally properly. They worked hard. They were generally respectful of property and goods. I probably would not use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A client representative will contact you to discuss the specifics of your job including what size truck you have rented, and more. After the details are collected, you are entered into our system and a job confirmation email is sent from MyTee Movers to ensure we have captured the details we discussed correctly. A move reminder is sent the day before your scheduled work order that includes your assigned crew leads name & number. If you need anything before you move date, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The uniformed crew will arrive within a 30-minute window of stated arrival time to allow for traffic and construction. They will do a walk-through with you, then immediately get to work. Please notate any items you know you want wrapped with your crew lead. He is there to ensure all the services you expect, are executed seamlessly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The biggest reason for customers not being happy is that time went over and expectations. If you didn't hire us to pack you, then everything should be boxed up, sealed, labeled, and ready to move. We can dismantle and reassemble as the client wishes, realizing that these things take time and will need to be calculated into the services you are asking to receive. During your call with the client representative, be honest about what you want done. Keep in mind, we do many jobs in a day.

We specialize in residential and commercial moves, local and long-distance providing services like packing/unpacking, disassembly/assembly, loading/unloading, relocation (i.e.: new floor being put in, need items moved out of rooms), college move in/out, and senior moving program.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members regardless of experience are trained the MyTee way! From how we wrap items, to how we carry and load, packing the truck, unloading, every aspect is handled personally by the owner during training. We do not assign new trainees to 2-man jobs, but rather bring them with as a 3rd or 4th so they can learn while still being beneficial to the crew.
