We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. Tarik and Xavier from Ogre Man Movers were exceptional! They called in the morning to let me know their ETA. They arrived on time, were respectful and personable, and worked very hard and quickly. They saved us a lot of money by figuring out a way to fit all of our items into a single relocube! I ordered two because I didnt think all items would fit in just one relocube but they did a great job configuring all boxes into a single cube. Tarik and Xavier were meticulous, carefully handling fragile items and insuring furniture was well covered and cushioned. I highly recommend Tarik and Xavier and would definitely use them again.

The crew showed up smelling of marijuana, which still seems to permeate the house. Despite the odor, they seemed to start out fine, appeared organized and represented that they had lots of experience with loading furniture into trucks. However, the service gradually deteriorated during the final two hours until their time was up and we were left with an extremely disorganized POD that we can only pray will make it safely to its destination. While we were staring in dismay at the mess in the POD, they claimed that we were 10 minutes over the prepaid time so they had to charge us for an additional hour. They eventually backed down on the 10 minutes, but it was overall an extremely stressful and unsatisfactory experience. Wish we had read the Yelp reviews before trusting hire a helper’s recommendation.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
