We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. We hired 1 helper for two hours and I had Kirk. We moved on Thanksgiving Eve and it was snow/raining, but he came exactly on time and ready to get to work. We had some very big furniture items to move and not a large enough Uhaul to fit them all, but Kirk helped ease the stress of this and managed to fit way more into the van that I imagined possible via his impeccable Tetris skills. Would definitely hire Promove again!

I hired Promove for my move this past weekend and can't even begin to tell you how great these guys were. They were super nice, on time and even finished the job early. The guys at Promove were great! They showed up on time, were super nice, professional, hard working, and fast. They managed to fit all my stuff into my rental van (which I was sure wouldn't fit in one trip) because they were so good at loading it efficiently. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them and will definitely use them again the next time I need some moving labor help.

Moving can be a stressful endeavor, but thankfully, Promove was able to alleviate a lot of that anxiety. Akeem and Osita were fantastic. They were prompt--Akeem even came earlier than he was required to--friendly and professional. They were also quite efficient, working quickly to unload my pod and carry up my belongings, but not rushing so as to risk any items getting damaged. Despite my pod being about a half hour late, Akeem and Osita were still able to move everything into my five story walkup within the two hour window. I would highly recommend Promove and would definitely use them again if needed.

We had a ton of stuff including very heavy boxes and unusually large pieces of furniture. Kirk and John worked their butts off to the end. Especially Kirk, who used his expertise to Tetris our stuff into the truck so that everything would fit. Thanks guys! Great working with you.

I was really fascinated to two movers who I hired before thorough PROMOVE. One of them can not speak and the other can not hear, but they worked much better than usual movers. Their diability is not a problem, they were truly dilligent and hard working movers. The most important thing is their attitude toward people. They appreciated to me about hiring them and finally they expressed thankness so many times.
I strongly recommended thoes two movers and I really respect their good job.

We had 2 helpers, Malik and Hakim, who worked their tails off for 4 hours, filling two 14 foot trucks, in the pouring rain! The whole time they were very professional and very courteous. I would recommend these guys to anyone! They rocked!

Hakim and Malik worked really hard and were very pleasant. We had a snafu with the storage locker and ended up with a smaller one than what we had reserved. They managed to stack items very high and got so much packed in the small room, that no one expected we could get as much in as we did. We would happily work with these guys again.
