Several important details have been left out. For 6 years Go2movers has implemented an availability note that states Please Note: Single 20 ft truck,trailer,container or smaller.4 hours max. No 3rd. fl.. the availability note is in yellow text and situated right by the pricing and company name when booking through Hireahelper. It is literally impossible to unintentionally overlook. The customer placed this order for unloading a single 16 foot container. When Go2movers called to confirm details the customer then informed us that he actually needs 24 feet of a Large ABF trailer unloaded which is significantly larger. Go2movers accommodated even though the date of the move on the order was wrong by a week. I immediately inform the customer that he overlooked my availability notes and that the 22 foot trailer does not fit within its restrictions so he will need to find other service providers. Go2movers had an extremely heavy workload in triple digit weather on the actual date he needed. I suggested a third mover if I were to lend a helping hand by making an exception.
The order also stated that the house was a single story with a flight of stairs (12-15 stairs) leading to the front door. The customer failed to mention the driveway had a very steep incline. So steep, that we had to walk diagonally upward. Although additional fees were justified due to the steep incline on the drive way and the flight of stairs leading to the front door, we DID NOT charge additional fees .
It is imperative when placing an order with Go2movers that the job description is accurate and all necessary details have been included. If I’m blindsided and surprised by the wrong info and lack of transparency in the job details then the customer will be even more surprised by the additional costs.
Every order and customer will receive a phone call from David Reyes. A few questions are asked, and then an assessment of time, labor and space needs are recommended. My name is David Reyes and I base my assessments of time, labor and space needs on having completed over 5,500 jobs with my own two hands over 12 years.

Did you see it ? It is imperative that your work order request meets our availability restrictions or your order may be rejected. Please be thorough and transparent with the details of your job. Go2movers goal is to provide a 5 star quality of service. The availability restrictions are in place to ensure quality of service and to prevent damages or injuries.

To potential customers. In regards to loading a 16 foot or bigger truck, trailer or container, 2 movers and 2 hours is typically 9 out of 10 times is not enough time. A 16 foot truck, trailer or container usually takes 3-4 hours. At least 3 hours. Yes, the 2 hour minimums are the least expensive option but does not necessarily mean it fits your moving needs.
It is imperative that when booking Go2Movers that enough time and labor is secured. Go2Movers does not offer additional time beyond the pre-booked hours.
