We hired two men for 3 hours to load a 16' rental truck from Budget. We had most everything staged in the garage, except for some furniture items that they pulled from inside the house. They arrived on time, fully prepared. First thing, after introductions, was to ask to see everything that needed to be moved. We expressed our desire to not rush, but rather, make sure everything was packed well. We had measured everything in advance and believed we were going to have to hold some pieces back. They loaded the truck like a jigsaw puzzle, placing everything in so that no space was wasted. They were very respectful of our property and did not hesitate to ask questions. They worked diligently and finished in 3 hours and even had some extra room at the very end. We were very impressed and thankful. We arrived at our destination, 1300 miles away, and found everything intact and not one broken piece. Great work, guys!

They were prepared, worked very hard throughout the day, and were extremely respectful of both our items and to my entire (very large) family. The team that came to move me was very friendly, and did a good job but they seemed to take much longer than needed. One of the guys kept checking his watch every time I talked to them, making me think he was trying to prolong the time as I was paying them by the hour. They were quite chatty with each other, and at one point I caught one of the guys standing in the middle of the room with his head against the wall, clearly not moving anything. Other than the lack of efficiency, they did a good job and were respectful and friendly.

Moving is difficult. Moving four states away to a new location can be even more challenging than the average move. Even though our move had a few unexpected hurdles, Noah's could not have been more accommodating to us. Their customer service staff was some of the very best I have come across. The words "caring and attentive" come to mind without any effort. Our mover's Rod and Jamal were energetic and efficient. I was very impressed!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon receiving your work order, we will enter your information into our system, which will generate an email to you, informing you of your booking. You will at the same time receive an email from HireAHelper letting you know that we have accepted your booking. This way both HireAHelper & Noah's Services will be letting you know of any changed to your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We do everything we can to arrive on time, meaning the start of your one hour arrival window, yet if your move is later in the day, as you can imagine some moves do not go as planned and run over. This may cause us to arrive a little later then planned. We will contact you prior to being late. Yet once the crew has arrived, they will ask you for a walk through of what is going on, they will come up with a game plan, and THEN punch in from their phones at that time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The most important step in your move has nothing to do with boxes or tape! Make sure you are in communication with your movers! The more we know, is the more we can help you. If the day of the move, things you said would happen don't happen, it will result in more time meaning higher cost.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have helped people move one item across the street and across the country, we have also helped customers move their entire home across the street and across the country.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being a mover, you never do the same things twice, ever! Even when moving the same customer, the weather, the trucks, the time of day is somehow different. So, instead of going to a job where you do the same old thing every day, moving is the opposite!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members get paid for, hand over hand, training for the first 40 hours, online training, and provided with a mentor to oversee their learning, before they are ever put on a job without said mentor.
