This was a very bad experience. We had hired people to load our moving truck and we needed to meet a schedule. We received confirmations from HIRE A HELPER before and the day of our move. When they were an hour late i started trying to reach someone. After another hour I was able to speak with someone at HAH. They did not know what the problem was with the movers not showing, but quickly said "Dont worry, we'll give you a refund". How was that supposed to load my truck??? The company is very unprofessional, rude and unreliable. I would NEVER again think of using this company for ANYTHING. BUYER BEWARE!

Very professional and efficient. Very respectful of my belongings . They were also very accommodating as I was moving from out of state and my timeline changed a little. Nice people - great job ... I highly recommend.

Terrible. Never showed up. Left us high and dry with no call, no notice, gave excuses and refused to accept responsibility when called.

DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOAD YOURSELF, THEY WONT SHOW UP - read Google reviews. Apparently, they do this frequently. : (

First of all we rejected this job on Wednesday for the 14 th and gave a option for the afternoon on the 15 th they excepted and then call at 9:30 saying we was to be there at 9 am I advised her that it was set for the afternoon that when they called Hirehelper they added a safe and went from 8 hours to 5 hours that they must have placed them on the am spot but we would come after 12 then I called Hirehelper and advised him that the customer was irate and nothing that we would have been able to do for them would help her anger she was mad before she called and spoke to me and I won’t be cursed out from anyone .........

These guys were great! They were on time and got right to work. We needed them for a couple more hours and they gladly helped and did a great job packing the truck. Tetris champs!! I would highly recommend!

This company was unprofessional. They were late by several hours the first of two times they helped us pack with no explanation. The lead person/owner of the company did have some experience but the other two were young men, one of which had only been working as a mover for 2 months and the other was an 18 year old on his first day and was nervous about carrying things down stairs. They did work throughout the time they were paid for and did not take breaks. I would have given a slightly better review but the owner of the company used our toilet and clogged it up without telling us the day before our house was closing and I ended up having to call a plumber to unclog the toilet. If he would have told us he clogged it up and taken responsibility, that would have been acceptable, but to leave the job and not mention it and us having to find out and deal with it in the midst of last minute packing/house prep was very unprofessional and stressful. Also, we used PODS units to move across country and they did not know how to tie down the items in the PODS to keep then from shifting into the POD doors which made opening them difficult after the transport. I would not hire them again.

I’m sorry that someone used you bathroom but it wasn’t my guys . There was a lot of people coming in and going out that we didn’t know that was there for you and I am sorry we was 15 mins late but that does happen on moving jobs if one runs a little over . We have tied down so many pods you really have no idea but we didn’t have any rope . When job was set up I advised you to have rope or tie downs and sometimes we have them but it was one of them times that we ran out but we are not responsible to provide blankets or tie downs unless asked when setting the job up for the cost of the items . I know we got a 5 star review the first time we moved you guys but really didn’t deserve a 2 star the second time over miscommunication of a bathroom . Thanks so much have a great day
