This mover showed up a day late with a helper that had no moving experience and was drinking. This move was a disaster and before it was over the mover tried to convince me that he had worked 4 hours over but was only going to charge me for three! He was scheduled for 10 to 11 am on June 24th; he arrived at 11:45 am on June 25th. I had a contract for seven hours; he explained about the 4 hours over at 8:15 pm on June 25th...you do the math!

They did a great job. Despite significant challenges related to road closures from Hurricane Matthew, they found a way to get to our home to complete the job. The typical 45 minute drive turned into a 4.5 hour detour due to road closures/flooding. When they arrived, they immediately started working and completed the job in the estimated time frame. They were very courteous to my family and I.
