They did a fantastic job! They notified me when they were on the way and arrived on time. Both guys were respectful of my home and belongings. My POD was packed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!!

This was not a good experience. There was a two man crew but only one of them was working hard to get the job done (Timothy). As a result, only half of the job was completed. They stayed two extra hours (that I didn’t request) because by the time they should have been done, most of my boxes and storage bins were out on the street and the first container wasn’t even half full. There were certain items I requested to be packed first and those things are what was not packed at all. When they stopped working, they left pieces and parts of my beds they partially disassembled lying around and didn’t attempt to make sure they were packed with the furniture so I would know where it belonged. I reached out to Tony during the move but got no I answer and the mailbox was full. I sent a text and pics and shared my concerns but there was no response. I was told they would come back the next day to finish only for Tony to respond via text the next day that they would not be returning because I refused to pay for any additional hours until the job was complete. I then sent him pics of the condition they left my home in and what had not been packed, as he came to my home before the second crew did and accessed then told me the second crew had arrived and they would be doing the job. In the end, no apology, no we are going to make this right. I feel very taken advantage of because I am a single woman.

I had an amazing experience with the three movers who helped pack up my house—two guys and one woman. They arrived on time, came fully prepared for the job, and got straight to work with incredible efficiency. They worked nonstop, handling everything with care and attention to detail. I was especially impressed with how respectful they were of my home and belongings throughout the entire process. Timothy and Mark were great to work with. They notified me when they would arrive and were on time.
I had some special requests for loading the cubes and they were able to accommodate them. They worked really hard and got all my belongings into the cubes, completely filled. They used the blankets and plastic wrap and ratchet straps to secure all my belongings.
I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.
They made a stressful day go very smoothly.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you can expect a phone call from our offices just to reach out and get a feel for your unique situation. We will go over all needed supplies and firm up all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Upon moving day you will receive a call from your movers within an hour of your booked arrival window. The movers will reach out just to make sure everything is still going according to plan and will give you their expected GPS arrival time. We know that nothing is more stressful than being nervous that the movers aren't gonna show up, so we like to put your mind at ease.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you will be hiring us to load your rental truck, trailer or portable shipping container it is imperative that you provide an adequate amount of moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap and rope to avoid serious damage to your items. The blankets can usually be rented with your truck or portable shipping container and are worth every penny. We can provide rope and plastic wrap for an additional fee or it can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot in the moving supplies section.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled literally every type of move from local to long distance, from household to office/commercial. We have handled everything from medical equipment to flight simulators and we are equipped to move large items such as pianos and grand pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is that we get to help someone with literally the hardest and most stressful task of their adult life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew leaders are required to have a minimum of 4 years professional moving experience and upon hire, undergo at least 2 weeks of training with the owner of the company (a very particular veteran mover in the industry) before being set free to operate independently. All crew members undergo the same training and we typically only hire crew members who possess at least 2 years minimum professional moving experience. We don't send rookies, period.
