They were an hour late, but they did come prepared. They were generally respectful although I didn't feel entirely comfortable with them- they were a bit too chatty and familiar with me. I would probably try another company if I had to do it again.

I hired Right Move to unload a 2-bedroom apartment's worth of stuff into my new place.
To start, the company called before the movers showed to say that the movers didn't bring the hand truck I'd requested. They'd need to go rent one. They also told me that neither mover had a working phone, so could I relay directions and then have them call back on my phone? A few minutes later, the company called back to say that the first rental location was closed and that I needed to send them somewhere else.
When the movers arrived, they didn't have the forms I needed to sign. Since I don't own a printer and the company wouldn't let them proceed w/o the forms (I asked if I could verbally agree and then sign/fax the forms the next day, but they wouldn't let me), I had to relay directions to a copy place 15 minutes away. They made it back in remarkable time and began working just a few minutes late.
I told them I needed my truck unpacked. They came in after the truck was 1/3 done to ask if I needed anything else done! As time went on, they went slower and slower. My truck was packed within 2 hours, so I knew it could be unpacked in that time, but they went so slowly I was afraid they weren't going to finish. The older man kept lingering inside between trips to the truck- he creeped me out, to be honest. Neither of the guys seemed to know much about moving. I heard my furniture scrape on the front steps or bump into doorframes several times.
Overall, they were disorganized and didn't seem very knowledgeable. I wouldn't recommend.

I requested two people for 4 hrs to work. One person came in time and the second one showed up after 4 hrs, and he is a student do not have much experience in moving the stuff. It ended up we also worked with them to complete the job and they are not effective, and the person who coordinated also did not work well with us.
I will not consider them again.

Both my husband and myself were very pleased with the two gentlemen that came to our home. They worked with us and did all of the furniture placement we needed as well as taking out bags of trash. (Cleaning out the basement).
We would welcome both of these gentlemen back to work with us again.

First, I must say the response from Jay Lofty was immediate. The helpers showed up on time and worked diligently through out the time frame. Although they finished ahead of the allotted time, they were efficient. Both Logan and Dozer were fabulous, I have been moving my children numerous times, and these were the absolutely BEST helpers I have ever encountered. Especially with my Son being in the military, and he has been relocating from Post to Post for the last & years. And my daughter moving frequently and finally now she has moved to Tampa for Medical School. Amazing! I will certainly recommend these guys anytime. Superb!
